Bursa Food Guide (The Best of Bursa)

Throughout my trips to Bursa, I make a point of discovering the city’s standout restaurants and experiencing the distinctive flavors of Bursa cuisine. Along the way, I have had the chance to try many quality places serving excellent dishes, from İskender to tahanlı pide, from süt helvası to cantık.

I am delighted to share with you this list of restaurants, each reflecting its own style and each staying in my memory for its atmosphere, presentation and flavor. I hope it will also be a good guide for my fellow food lovers who want to discover Bursa cuisine.

Since İskender in particular is a very sensitive and important subject for Bursa, I have included 4 of the 5 different places I tried in this list. The one that stood out for me and that I liked the most is marked “(my favorite)”. In the same way, for the other Bursa specialties I have made sure to note my own favorite picks in parentheses.
